What if it doesn't fit?
We take pride in finding the best fit for you, so our suits and tuxedos come with the perk of free replacements until we get it right.
When you rent, you can request a second size within 48 hours of your original delivery. We’ll ship it for free so you can compare the two sizes. After your wedding, you can return both sizes in the same shipment.
Just be sure to return the original delivery within 1 business day after your event.
When should I place why order?
Depends, who’s ordering?
If you’re renting, we recommend ordering at least 21 days prior to the event date. This will give you time to try on your garment and check your fit 1 week in advance. You will not be able to place an order if your event date is 4 or fewer days away.
If you’re the organizer of a wedding, build your party’s looks and place your order as soon as you know the wedding date. Once you place your order, their outfits will be reserved and each participant will receive an email invite prompting them to create an account. From there, we recommend that everyone in the party enter their sizes, rent their look, and pay for their order. A deposit is required for each tuxedo/suit rented, with payment in full due no later than 1 week prior to the event.
How do returns work?
Returns are as simple as packing your outfit in the original box and returning it to a postal location with the prepaid return label. If you rent, you get a 1 business day return window after your event.
